武夷茶文化：邀客品茗

这里是武夷茶馆，欢迎你们来品茶。有诗写道：“溪边奇茗冠天下，武夷仙人从古栽。”武夷山是乌龙茶和武夷茶的发源地、“万里茶道”的起点，是中国茶文化艺术之乡。茶已泡好，请喝茶。

Guest1：In my humble opinion，the description of opening your heart and nourishing my heart mentioned in” Book of History” can be used exactly for Ye Jia.

依愚所见，《尚书》中说的“敞开你的心泉，滋润我的心田”，这话就像是在说叶嘉啊。

武夷茶文化

武夷茶历史悠久，在汉代就有传说，唐代见诸文字记载，宋代处于兴盛，明代改制成散茶，清代创制出乌龙茶、红茶，民国时间武夷山成为全国茶叶科研中心，新中国的又一崛起。期间虽有兴有衰，但总的趋势是朝茶类增多、品质提高、文化提升的方向发展，已至形成当今的“武夷风雅茶韵”、“大红袍红天下”的新局面。北宋大文学家苏轼称武夷岩茶为叶嘉。他用拟人手法把武夷岩茶比作“叶嘉”，撰写了一片奇文：“叶嘉，闽人也。……风味恬淡，清白可爱，颇负其名，有济世之才，虽羽知，犹未详也。上惊，敕建安太守召嘉，给传遣诣京师。”
南宋理学家朱熹将儒家中庸之德赋予武夷茶，极大地提升了武夷茶，以茶喻事，以茶喻理，以茶道喻治国之道，更成为儒家茶人解读“中庸”思想的一个奇妙手法。
